Barton Medical Precinct.

 

*Led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).

*Small class size, 4-8 people

*All levels of fitness welcome

*60min class, over a ten week term

(sorry no make-up sessions)

Prior to commencing our Group Class, a one-on-one consultation with our Accredited Exercise Physiologist is required. This is to ensure that a specific program appropriate to your goals is established prior to your first class.
