Zoe is high energy, passionate and strives to make you laugh just as hard as you have worked!

 

Originally from Sydney, Zoe relocated to Canberra in 2015 where she joined the team at Capital Strength and Conditioning. Zoe completed a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science in 2011 at the University of Western Sydney, and recently completed a Masters in Strength and Conditioning at Edith Cowan University.

 

Zoe has been working in both private practice and with sporting teams since 2011. Her interests lie in improving sports performance, musculoskeletal reconditioning and falls prevention. Zoe also has a very keen interest in working with young children, getting them to love sport and exercise and nurturing their fundamental movement competency for long-term functional development, as well as adolescents / young adults who are experiencing mental illness.
